Lesson no.1 The dreaded spider method. This Exercise will develop left hand strength and fretting agility, and develop good hand placement and intonation ability. Practise this one allot and you will soon be playing all sorts of fiddly chords with ease

Right Hands @ sk8LOLrockon not? important, Either you can alternate pick, strum, fingerpick, this excercise is for the left hand. main thing is to make sure the sound is as clean as possible, not half fretted fret buzz or notes. notes have to ring / sustain, before you move your finger to the next fret.
i dont get the right hand or. 0?

Excellent. Albet try it way down on the neck, as i found out i can do well the spider on my electric. . but on the nylon. . it was quite a? strugle thanks to the wider spacing. . .
